During this time—and upon successful completion—you will be issued your gas licence and registered under the CTS Group umbrella. Whether you choose to be self-employed or seek employment, the program will be tailored to your individual circumstances to ensure the best possible outcome. Support, Training, and Work – All in OneAs a newcomer to the gas industry, you will face many challenges during your first few months as a licensed gas engineer. These may range from gas safety concerns to technical support for boiler repairs.
You will have free access to our technical support hotline, online job sheets, and audit service. Additionally, you’ll receive regular technical updates issued by Gas Safe and participate in ongoing professional development. |

CTS Group will offer essential paid work to help you develop your skills and licence in a timely, safe, and supportive environment. If you qualify, we will assign you a work area in your region or county, starting with simple gas tasks and gradually expanding your key skills. When it comes to gas safety, we have supported numerous new entrants in establishing their careers with financial stability. Many have stayed with us for 10 years or more, managing their own work areas successfully. |
